Quick answers for the most common tasks, and a human at the end of an email for everything else.
Common tasks
Change the app's language
Settings → Language → choose English, Arabic, or Spanish. The whole app switches immediately, including the AI's replies to new messages.
Export your data
Settings → Export. Necory builds a downloadable archive (readable HTML summary + JSON + your media files) and notifies you when it's ready. Download links stay valid for 7 days; you can request a new export anytime.
Delete items, conversations, or everything
Individual items go to a 30-day trash you can restore from. Conversations can be deleted from the chat list. Settings → Delete All Data wipes your content while keeping the account. To delete the account itself, see Account deletion.
Manage your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so upgrades, cancellations, and refunds happen in your store account: App Store → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Troubleshooting
A reminder didn't fire
- Check that notifications are allowed for Necory in your system settings.
- On Android, also allow Alarms & reminders (exact alarms) and exclude Necory from aggressive battery savers on some devices.
- Reminders are armed on the device you created them from; a server push acts as fallback when possible.
An upload won't go through
- You may be at your plan's storage limit (100 MB Free / 10 GB Pro). Nothing is ever deleted when you're over — new uploads just pause. Free space by deleting items, or upgrade.
- Attachment types: photos on Free; documents, audio, and location need Pro.
"You've reached today's limit"
AI messages are limited per day (10 Free / 200 Pro) and reset daily (UTC). Your vault, recall of already-saved items in the vault tab, and settings keep working while you wait.
I can't sign in
- One-time codes expire after 10 minutes and work once — request a fresh one if it was slow to arrive.
- Too many wrong attempts locks the code briefly; wait and retry.
